De Sunrise Sunset Calculator is een programma waarmee u de volgende tijden voor zowel uw huidige locatie of een bepaalde locatie op de aarde:
1) Zonsopgang en zonsondergang
2) Civil Dawn en Dusk
3) Nautisch Dawn en Dusk
4) Astronomische Dawn en Dusk
De berekening wordt gedaan met behulp van de formules in http://www.edwilliams.org/sunrise_sunset_algorithm.htm. Merk op dat aangezien deze formules geen rekening met de hoogte van de plaats, de berekende waarden kunnen enigszins onnauwkeurig voor veel plaatsen boven zeeniveau.
